CBA Spring Epee Camp

            CBA held our Spring epee camp on May 15-16, and then proceeded on to the Minnesota Division epee tournaments on May 17, 2026.

            The camp focused on sports psychology: we did seminar blocks on Executive Functions and Cognitive Distortions. Then, we worked on Coaching Your Teammates.  Due to the Sunday tournament, the bouting was focused on fencing in specific situations, where the emphasis was on touch delivery under time pressure.

            Our next camp is our Pre-Nationals Camp on June 12-14. It’s already listen on Askfred!
